Teenager remanded in connection with Dalkeith Road shooting

A teenager on gun related charges was remanded to HMP Dodds for the next 28 days.
Zinedine Ian O'neal Barrow, 19, of Lot 1 G, Bottom Close, Wildey, St Michael appeared in the District "A" Magistrates' Court to hear the charges read but was not required to plead.
Barrow is accused of recklessly discharging a firearm on Dalkeith Road in a manner that placed Cyprian Yearwood, Nikhola Yearwood and Cyrina Yearwood in danger of death or serious bodily harm. The teen is charged also with using a firearm without valid licence.
Additionally, it is alleged that he, without lawful authority or excuse, damaged a motor van belonging to the Crown in its rights of Government of Barbados intending to damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged.
The four offences allegedly occurred on December 30, 2018.
