Three 30-year-old men remanded after Bulkeley robbery

The three men accused of robbing a Bulkeley's plantation manager of almost $40 000 have been remanded to prison.

Jermaine Kenneth King of 4th Avenue, Windward Garden, St. Philip; Ramon Jamar Goodridge of Waverly Cot, St. George and Damien Andre Collymore of Carmichael Tenantry, St. George; all 30-years-old appeared in the District “C” Magistrates' court today.

The District “B” charge states that on November 9 the men robbed Arnold Charles Bynoe of $38, 961.50 in money.

Chief Magistrate Christopher Birch remanded the trio until December 12 when they will appear in the District “B” Magistrates' Court.

It is alleged that Bynoe,64, was returning to the plantation, with wages for his employees, when he was confronted by an armed assailant. Bynoe received a gunshot wound to his left foot during the confrontation before the perpetrators made good their escape.
