Three faced Magistrate after allegedly 'cussing', 'assaulting' officer

Three persons accused of committing a number of offences against two police officers were granted bail in a Bridgetown Court.
They are Shanika Kamesha Maycock, 28; Kire Ramona Murray, 35 and; Lamar Germaine Greaves, 30 - all of 7th Avenue, New Orleans, St Michael.
Maycock is accused of obstructing, assaulting and resisting Rommel Downes PC 1840 in the execution of his duties. She denied the three charges.
On the other hand, Murray is accused of assaulting and resisting Downes, obstructing Jason Phillips PC 2115, and using insulting language - "You is a bare ..., yuh big red ... ..., I would bare spit in yuh..." toward Downes. She too denies all charges.
Greaves pleaded not guilty to assaulting and resisting Philips but admitted using insulting language - "Officer you like you is a ... idiot, you can't search me" toward him.
The three who appeared in the District 'A' Magistrates' Court were granted bail by Magistrate Douglas Frederick. Murray and Maycock were granted $2000 each while Greaves was granted $2500. All offences allegedly occurred on January 7, 2019.
All will return to court on June 3, 2019.
