Police swooped down on Alicia's Guest House in St Ann's Trinidad and Tobago just after midnight.
The operation was led by Police Commissioner Gary Griffith and came less than 12 hours after he warned against COVID-19 parties at a media conference.
According to reports, just after midnight on Friday, members of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) acting on information proceeded to Alicia's Guest House located at Coblentz Avenue, St Ann's.
Twenty people were arrested, including one minor and six Venezuelan nationals.
Investigations are continuing.
The Police Commissioner, in a response to questions from Loop News on the operation, indicated that those who plan to break the law, can expect a visit from police when they least expect it.
"No more warning. I have informants. And would turn up when they least expect it. We anticipated this, as there are similar fools in other countries doing same," Griffith said.
