Light & Power wishes to assure its customers that restoration is in progress. Currently, 10% of the island is without supply. This situation occurred as a result of technical issues at our generating station in Spring Garden.

Light & Power sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused by this situation.

The team is working diligently to rectify the issue to restore your electricity service.
While this work is in progress, we will be undertaking a ‘load sharing approach’ which means that we will be rotating supply. Customers that were affected this morning will be restored by 1:00 p.m. However, those customers, who were not affected this morning, unfortunately, will be without supply for a few hours this afternoon.

Light & Power understands that any disruption in service is an inconvenience.
