Homeless persons and vagrants were treated to lunch in Queen's Park.
The Barbados Alliance to End Homelessness (BAEH) and Terry 'Mexican' Arthur recently hosted the 'Love Day' celebration, aimed at feeding homeless persons in Bridgetown.
The initiative, which has been running for 10 years, also reaches lower-income communities across the island. President of the BAEH said the event was a labour of love for the team as they seek to assist homeless and other vulnerable persons in the community.
The Love Day celebrations visited other St Michael areas including the Old Carlton Supermarket car park in Black Rock and the Black Rock Polyclinic.
