Tropical Storm Isaac has surely taken many persons on quite the rollercoaster ride.

From wondering whether it would hit and what the result would be like, making preparations in case it has an impact and saying their prayers in hope of divine intervention, many Barbadians have not taken the potential threat lightly.

And then the day finally arrived and the Barbados Meteorological Services made it clear that they did not anticipate any serious impact. Nevertheless, a Flood Watch was issued late this morning, as cloudy skies loomed and heavy rains drenched some areas.
