WATCH: Pumping on Caesar's Army Bacchanal Road BIM

Caesar's Army continues to bring its epic vibes, staging its Bacchanal Road event for the first time in Barbados on Sunday evening.

Billed as a Kadooment pre-pump, the crews were out in their numbers as the Limerz Cruise, Pompasette, Roast, Scorch Bim, Tribe, Illusions, Elevate, Aura, Glitz Entertainment and Candy Coated flags were all flown high at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex on Sunday evening.

Revellers came out in customised swimwear, old costumes or simply dressed ready to break a sweat, tip and ben ova, and split in the middle behind the big truck that took several laps around the complex with DJs Jus Jay, Andwele and Reko Chase, Lurbz and Aswaad, Nuphoric, Assassin Singh, and the Miami Dream Team playing the sweetest soca tunes from around the Caribbean.

It all climaxed with an after-party featuring 2017 Bashment Soca King Stiffy, and St. Vincent's Skinny Fabulous until just after 9 p.m.

Patrons welcomed the event as they looked forward to what the Caesars Army team had in store.

"I loved it! I didn't really know what to expect but with Caesar's Army, you're always guaranteed to have a great time!" said one patron.

"I enjoyed it. Good concept, drinks truck was good without issues, music was good, time of the jump was good as well as the sun went down," said another.

Promoter Jules Sobion said he was pleased with the outcome of the event adding that they will definitely be back for Crop Over 2018.

Next on the Crop Over calendar for Caesar's Army is A.M.Bush Bim which comes off on Saturday, August 5.
