Weak unstable conditions will bring rain later on October 11

Forecasters attached to the Barbados Meteorological Service say a surface to low-level trough is affecting the island.

As a result, most of today is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy with some scattered showers and the chance of isolated thunderstorms.  Later in the evening, they also expect unstable conditions to start to affect the island,

The winds today are blowing from the East to the East South East at between 10 and 30 km/h while the sea is slight to moderate in open water with swells of 1.0m and 2.0m.

The sun rose over Barbados was at 5:48 am and it is expected that it will set around 5:42 pm.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday morning was 31.2⁰C and it dropped to a low of 25.9⁰C overnight.
