A St. George man accused of aggravated burglary was remanded to HMP Dodds yesterday.
Twenty-seven-year-old Raphael Monroe Trotman appeared in the District "A" Magistrates' Court where the charge was read to him. However, he was not required to plead before presiding Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.
It is alleged that the Munroe Village, Dash Valley resident entered Junior Phillips' house as a trespasser and inflicted serious bodily harm on him. At the time he was allegedly carrying a firearm.
Trotman also faces a separate aggravated burglary, both which occurred on August 8.
He will return to court on November 1.
Attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson represented the accused.
