St. Andrew man charged in connection with fatal City stabbing

Police have made a breakthrough into the stabbing death of 43-year-old Rupert Patrick Stoute.
Stoute, a resident of Inch Marlow Christ Church, was pronounced dead at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) on Saturday, July 6 after being attacked by a group of men. The incident occurred around 1:45 am in the area of Nelson Street, The City.
Police from the Criminal Investigation Division have arrested and charged 27-year-old Kemar Andre Antoine Greene of Isolation Road, Belleplaine, St.Andrew with murder.
Greene is scheduled to appear at the District 'A' Criminal Court on Tuesday July 9, 2019.
