Barbados passes 4,000 tests and records no positives on May 18

Barbados' number of confirmed COVID-19 cases remains at 88.

No one tested positive out of the 80 tests for COVID-19 conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory yesterday (May 17).

No one will be released from isolation today either.

There 88 confirmed cases of COVID-19 locally comprised 46 females and 42 males, with 68 recoveries and 13 people now in isolation.

Barbados has recorded seven COVID-related deaths.

Meanwhile, the public health laboratory has now completed 4,004 tests since February 11. The first confirmed positives were conducted on May 16, 2020.
