Evelyn returns to court for aiding murder-accused Hayde, gets bail

Tatiana Evelyn returned to court today charged with Assisting an offender and made bail.

The 23-year-old woman of Colleton, St John and Blades Hill #2, St Philip was arrested and formally charged for aiding Gabrielle Hayde.

Hayde is in custody at Her Majesty's Prison - Dodds currently. He is facing two murder charges and a series of drug charges. He pleaded not guilty to the drug charges.

She appeared at the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 14 before Magistrate Elwood Watts where there was an objection of bail by the prosecution.

She was remanded into custody to Her Majesty's Prisons Dodds and scheduled to return to the same court today, Friday, October 16.

Today, Evelyn was granted bail in the amount of $20,000 with one surety. She went before Magistrate Watts again today and her bail comes with conditions. She is to report to District C Police Station every Monday by 9am.
