From Banks Callender girl to full time soca artiste, Faith Callender has just added another title to her name. She is now the first brand ambassador for the popular Limegrove Lifestyle Centre restaurant, Lemongrass.

Faith told Loop News she has always been a fan of Lemongrass. She loves the idea of having a restaurant which serves fresh and healthy foods while still having a delicious flavour. She expressed her exciting on ‘being the face’ for the restaurant. Faith hopes that through this new venture, she will be able to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.

“I know that together we can combine our creativity and encourage others to get on board with this lifestyle…and live a balanced life”.

Even though Callender is all for healthy living, she said she doesn’t want people to think that they are obligated to eat healthy every day.

Owner of the restaurant, Saman Golesorkhi, had nothing but positive words about Faith when asked about why she was chosen to represent Lemongrass:

“I love what she’s doing and what she’s representing in terms of…inspiring young upcoming artistes”.

He also made mention of the fact that Faith promotes a healthy lifestyle which fits into the brand of Lemongrass, adding she was a fan of the restaurant even before becoming a brand ambassador which makes this relationship more special.

He is hoping that in time to come, the restaurant will have more brand ambassadors.
