UPDATE: Well-known 'Nut man' dies at QEH after Pine shooting

The deceased is a 38-year-old man.

He has been identified as Randy Selman. Selman was shot when gunfire exploded near his Golden Rock home in The Pine, St Michael. Selman was well-known for his trade as 'the nut man' who was usually located near Pine-East West and Pine Road in St Michael.

He was later pronounced dead whilst at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

A shooting incident at Golden Rock, The Pine, St Michael has left one man dead. 

According to police public relations, police received reports that shots were fired in the Golden Rock area around 8:37 pm on Wednesday. 

Several men were seen fleeing from the scene afterwards. 

The deceased, whose name has not yet been released, was discovered with a head injury. He was transported by private motor car to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. 

Investigations are ongoing.
