It seems everyone did not know about Spice's almost two-year-old 'boob job' until she joked about it four days ago.
The reigning Queen of Dancehall, Spice, aka Grace Hamilton, is always laughing despite the misconception that she is aggressive based on her on-stage persona.
Most recently, she made a joke about her breast augmentation, and surprise, surprise...it was a revelation for many.
Spice is always one to share her personal life and matters with her fans, and her die-hard fans, day-one supporters know that she first revealed the fact that she had had surgery on her boobs almost exactly two years ago in November 2018 during an interview with Dj Smallz. At the time, she confessed she had had it recently done.
The So Mi Like It singer has always described this level of transparency as her way of connecting with her fans, known as the #SpiceGang.
Thus the real-real fans were not surprised when Spice joked about her boobs last week after posting some new photos to her Instagram.
"This picture was before I bought my breast," the caption read.
"I always use to hate that I had to hold them up to look sexy," Spice shared jokingly.
Then she added, "My daughter use to call me Slippers Titi. Not anymore Doc I thank you…"
Spice fans have always been supportive and most knew she didn't like how she appeared in interviews pre-surgery with her bra always showing. She called it "tacky" and made the decision to get a breast augmentation, not just a lift. Others appeared to be curious still because it seems they did not know.

Some users who appear to have been in the dark about this aspect of Spice's life commended her bravery for sharing, some commented on the ‘work’, and others poked fun at the ‘slippers titi’ comment made by her daughter, Nicholatoy.
Meanwhile, one user requested a referral and another remixed the lyrics to one of the artiste’s popular songs with the topic at hand.
But the newly minted resident of Atlanta who's moved her family and businesses to the US city, the capital of Georgia, is in good company, too. Several female members of the Love & Hip Hop television show have revealed their bouts with cosmetic surgery — others have dispelled rumours.
